Does the price of the pre-filled bags include a handmade fabric bag?
Yes. We have a great range of bags. Have a look at our archive for examples of bags we have made. If you don’t see what you like there, and have an idea of what you would like please don’t hesitate to ask us and we will see what we can do. If you have a particular request for bags please let us know in the additional comments box otherwise we will use the bags we think most suitable.
What size are the bags?
We make all our bags to order to suit the contents. Please let us know if you would like to add any extras to the bags so we can size them accordingly. If you wish to buy the bags un-filled, we usually make them around 26 cm high and 17cm wide but can make them any size within reason.
Can I buy the bags un-filled?
Yes, you can buy them un-filled. They are £1.00 each and can be found on the last page of the Pick 'n Mix section. If you would like a fabric other than gingham, please order gingham bags and put your request in the comments box. Although we cannot guarantee we have all fabrics in stock we do hold quite a wide range.
Can I add things from the Pick ‘n Mix section to the pre-filled bags?
Yes of course. We can quite easily add things to the pre-filled bags.
I want to substitute an item in the pre-filled bag for one from the Pick ‘n Mix range, is this possible?
Yes. We are happy to substitute one of the items providing it is in stock and is the equivalent value or less.
I would like a selection of bags, how will I know which is which?
Should you order a selection of bags we will quite happily add name tags (at a small charge of 5p per bag) if you let us know whom each bag is for. We can also mix and match different coloured fabrics and/or ribbons and give you a colour code so you know which is which.
I am looking for something in particular and it’s not on your website, can you get it for me?
If there is something in particular that you would like and you don’t see it on our website we will try and source it for you.
How will my party bags arrive?
Our filled bags arrive fully assembled unless you request otherwise. Should you choose items and bags from our Pick ‘n Mix section we will also assemble them for you unless you request otherwise.
What packaging do you use?
We try to be environmentally friendly and re-use boxes and packaging where possible, this also helps to keep our costs down and pass on the benefits to you.
How long will my bags take to come?
We aim to process the bags within 48 hours and then post them via the Royal Mail service either by standard 2nd class (3-5 working days) or 1st class (1-2 working days) - Please note these delivery times are NOT guaranteed and are subject to normal Royal Mail conditions. For a more guaranteed service, we recommend you use our new Courier option (also requires a signature on arrival) which takes 1-2 working days.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal (You do not need a PayPal account to pay this way), or we can accept a cheque or postal order. Please note, if you pay by cheque we will wait until the cheque has cleared before we dispatch your order. If you use online banking, we can also accept payments by Electronic Bank Transfers. Please contact us if you wish to pay by cheque or Bank Transfer so we can give you the relevant details.
